Refund Policy

At Ma Hawa, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
